and another one:

i just found out about fred rogers. he will be deeply deeply missed. if you can read the inet up there mr. rogers, its a beautiful day.

this american life featured him once, its worth checking out.
im really suffering from hyperlalia today but another thought that ive had buzzing around for a few weeks months seconds something just took control of my fingers and is releasing itself so watch out.

commercial television news programs have ceased to be about any sort of journalism at all and have become some new sort of interactive meta-fictional entertainment sources. i know this is not really a new idea but why dont more people admit to the fact that they really dont watch the news to be informed, or if they do they really dont care any more about the information than they do about when was the last time i changed the oil in my car. they watch it to satisfy an emptiness inside. perhaps we are outgrowing the usefulness of mere fiction to satisfy our voids and out of mere boredom have taken up this new past-time of quasi interactive meta fiction. its not really true (have fun nailing down a definition of that word) but because its based on events of a more or less shared experience its utterly enthralling. i dont doubt that a team of writers shut up in a box with cable could come up with "news" programs indistiguishable from the ones on today. who needs reporters? hell the shuttles wing fell off because a piece of foam hit it! yeah that sounds good lets go with it!

at least if i was writing the news i would come up with a stuff a little more believable.
lots of logging today where the hell did the verb blog come from i dont like it. so anyway, i dont like to get into this stuff because there are enough other people out there so much more well informed than i but i had this little thought that i dont really remember seeing anywhere else.

WARNING POLITCAL CONTENT:

remember what area of the world we were undermining and overthrowing and installing puppet governments in in the 80s? well i know its a confusing question but im thinking of CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA. where does the us get oil from? uhh, i know i did well on my standardized tests so it might take a while for the rest of us to catch on, but i see a pattern emerging here do you?... too bad saddam hussein doesnt have giant fields of coca, poppies, or better yet marijuana so we'd have a clear cut reason to exterminate him.

i mean the taliban were HUGE HERON FARMERS. osama and the h were like this! </sarcasm>
and we really whupped his ass didnt we! heroin production has gone so far down! </sarcasm, really this time>

watch out canada with your decriminalization policies! you have giant oil reserves too you know!

the drug war as a cover/excuse for oil dominance in venezuela argentina et al? in related news;
i saw on cnn's genius little scrolling thing at the bottom of the screen today
"hezbollah cell in NC found forwarding cigarette profits to fund terror"
this really made me laugh. cigarette money goes to terrorists!

"so you're saying, if I buy cigarettes, I might be supporting terrorists?"

this stuff is so ridiculous i would rather just sit at home and drink myself stupid. that way i can come up with more of these deranged conspiracy theories. what the hell else am i going to do? its better than going to kill people.

i wonder if i can drink enough to figure out how to make fissionable plutonium out of empty schlitz cans...
okay here it is just about 87 seconds of google-ing i found it at the bb html guide.

ttfn my apologies to milne my spelling is a bit wobbly

oh yeah eventually i am going to have a non scrolling background for this page. i asked hawkins about it and he told me but i have forgotten. maybe soon... i have a good idea in mind i just have to do some photoshopping i am pretty wiz at that tho no dowt.
okay okay i have found a new wonderful waste of time i guess its not really a waste but who am i to say. lets watch movies at ramsey! they have these cool little rooms with couches and all i bet you could even take a date there they close at 9 on m-tr. maybe sun too. today i watched pull my daisy, a great little film written by jean-louis kerouac aka jack incredible incredible no sync sound only voice over narration by jk awesome starring ginsberg orlovsky corso et al. wonderful... also starting watching the man who fell to earth -- this film has stirred in me a great respect for a complete disregard of exposition. lack of any exposition brings the viewer to question the film not based on questions posed by the filmmaker but question it from a personal subjective view. it lets people ask their own questions. since i knew a bit about the plot going into it i think it might have been slightly ruined, as the question i was asking the most was where the hell is the exposition but there really is no need for it at all instead of being distracted by the plot the viewer can fully experience the spectacle before them. is there criticism on this?

in other news i think i im going to try to write the big script for my screenwriting class meta dealing with myke katherine kevin et nyc. but they are only there to absorb what is coming out of me. mykes character might be named myke ginsburg i was so impressed by pull my daisy and he has a bit of the mad wizard poet in him.

havent really got much more done on "kashmir" but i havent really tried. i cleaned up my room a bit tho......

Yesterday I wrote 15 pages of the script. 8 I got finished before it was due and i came back and wrote 7 more after class. I am sick. Some kind of throat irritation and head congestion. I drank a lot of robitussin to help me out... it made me zone out and i watched the same 5 episodes of that 70s show for about 8 hours while i was writing. that and a documentary about elephants in thailand. When I get the script finished I will put it up here. I changed becks name to sid, and the restaurant name to kashmir. the name of the episode is also kashmir which fits in well with their theme of naming eps after led zeppelin songs. i havent worked out the conclusion tho but as far as I can tell they havent done a bollywood thing before.

i am working on the script to my sitcom episode i have decided for my own betterment to try to write a whole episode instead of just one scene. it's an episode of that 70's show, guest starring beck as vijay hansen. the gang finds out that mr. hansen has bought the hub and is going to turn it into a indian restaurant. they hang out with a cool guy at the hub, vijay, unaware that he is in fact mr. hansen. kelso idolizes him. everyone is mad that the hub is gone until the new indian restaurant, ganesha opens up and features hookahs. the gang goes crazy for this and tries to popularize the new restaurant and convince the rest of point place to allow it to stay, culminating an a scene of bollywood like musical extravaganza. i hope they didnt do that already. but at the end the hub returns... i have to go check and see if they have already done the bollywood thing.
